The agreement between you and Discovagh.

1. About Discovagh

Discovagh is an online local services discovery platform operated by E&D Tech Solutions, based in Wa, Upper West Region, Ghana. Our platform connects customers with local businesses across all regions of Ghana.

2. Listing Your Business

Business owners who submit their details on Discovagh agree that:

  • All information provided must be accurate, truthful and up to date.
  • You must be the owner or authorised representative of the business you are listing.
  • Your business must be a legitimate business operating within Ghana.
  • Discovagh reserves the right to reject, edit or remove any listing that contains false, misleading or inappropriate information.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

Discovagh offers three listing plans: Free, Standard (GHS 100/month) and Premium (GHS 200/month). For paid plans:

  • Payments are made securely online through Paystack, using Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or a bank card.
  • Your listing is activated automatically once your payment is confirmed — usually within a minute.
  • Subscriptions run for the period you pay for. Renewal is the responsibility of the business owner.
  • Free listings are reviewed before going live and use the “Notify” feature instead of showing contact details.

4. Business Verification

To maintain trust on our platform, Discovagh may verify businesses before or after activation. This helps ensure listings are genuine and accurate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Discovagh for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage the reputation of the platform. Submitting false listings, impersonating a business or posting inappropriate content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Discovagh acts as a directory platform only. We are not responsible for the goods, services, conduct or transactions of the businesses listed. Any dealings between customers and businesses are solely between those parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Discovagh — including the name, logo, design and written content — is the property of E&D Tech Solutions. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Discovagh reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ghanaian law.
